Sagi Mizrahi, General Manager
Sagi Mizrachi joined Armaz in 1998 and has contributed to the fast-paced growth of the company based on his extensive experience in business development and project management. Prior to his position as General Manager, he worked as an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co., NY, Oppenheimer & Co. NY, and Sunstone Ventures in Israel. Mr. Mizrachi has a B.S.E from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University.
Eran Baruchin, Vice President Operations
Eran Baruchin has been with Armaz Group since 2004. He is currently positioned as VP Operations of Bagira Systems, following his position as manager of the company’s Training and Assimilation Department. Before joining the group, Mr. Baruchin served as a Major in the IDF Special Forces Unit and continues to serve as an active reserve officer in the same unit. He has a BA in Business Management specializing in Information Technologies from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
Shahar Abuhazira, Business Development Manager
Shahar Abuhazira has been working with Armaz Group since 2004 and is currently positioned as Business Development Manager of Bagira Systems. Previously, he was the company's Head of Training & Assimilation Department.
Mr. Abuhazira has a BA in Business Management specializing in accounting from the College of Management, Rishon Le Zion.
Tzvi Koretzki, Head of Training & Assimilation Department
Tzvi has been with Bagira Systems since 2008. He is currently positioned as Operations & Assimilation Manager of Bagira Systems, following his position as the company’s senior artillery assimilation expert. Before joining the company, Mr. Koretzki served in the IDF Artillery Corps and continues to serve as an active G3 artillery brigade reserve officer. Tzvi is an expert in the Artillery field, especially in Tube Artillery Area. Tzvi has a BSC in Mechanical Engineering specializing in mechanical design from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Erez Nachmani, Head of Projects & Engineering Department
Erez has more than ten years experience in Training & Simulation Systems from previous positions in different defense companies. Erez specializes in project management, characterization & system engineering. He also has extensive experience in Systems Development in R&D and Artificial Intelligence Projects. Mr. Nachmani served as an officer in the IDF Special Forces Unit and continues to serve as an active reserve Major in the same unit. Erez holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Elad Ben Arie, Head of Maintenance & Technical Support Department
Elad Ben Arie joined Armaz Group in 2004. He is currently positioned as Head of Maintenance & Technical Support Department. Previously, he was a Simulator Instructor of Bagira Mobile Engagement Skill Trainer (M-EST).
Elad holds a BA in Industrial Management from Sapir College of the Negev.
Adi Bonjak Fuchs, Human Resources Manager
Adi joined the group in 2009 and has experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development & Consulting.
Adi has a BA in Behavioral Sciences combined with Organizational Behavior and Human-Resources Management and an MA in Organizational Development & Consulting from the College of Management, Rishon Le Zion.
