Bagira has teamed up with Fidelity Technologies Corporation to develop the IDF's Artillery & Fire Control Training System, to enable indoor training for individual observers or Artillery Brigade Support Groups. The system includes the use of Simulated Military Equipment (SME), Semi Automated Forces, 3D terrains and active targets.

Characteristics:
  • Individual class training - basic to advanced Artillery Forward Observation skills
  • Group observation to artillery brigade fire support officer level- basic to advanced exercises, including fully simulated military equipment
  • Includes software and sensors that collect firing data and communications to provide an After Action Review
  • Full Geo-typical and Geo-specific terrains capabilities
  • Includes semi automated forces generator, such as ONE SAF
  • Individual classroom configuration
  • Full operation and maintenance provided by Bagira
Individual Artillery Fire Control Training System (I-AFCTS)
Bagira has outfitted the IDF with an artillery school individual forward observation simulator and continues to operate and train officers from all army branches on basic forward observation skills. This system enables both training as a class with an instructor as well as individual training according to each trainee’s level and rate of improvement. The system also provides automatic After Action Review (AAR) and grading. Bagira’s system has been uniquely designed to meet the requirements of the IDF and serves as an official qualification tool for artillery fire adjustment, thus eliminating the need for live rounds during the qualification process.

Group Artillery Fire Control Training System (G-AFCTS)
Bagira has outfitted the IDF with Artillery Group Fire Support Simulator for the Brigade level. We operate and train IDF officers in a group environment, allowing for complex scenarios and decision making processes throughout the simulated battle within a 3-dimensional battle zone.
The Bagira system includes simulated military equipment such as binoculars, a night vision system, compass and laser range finder.  In addition, when required, the system includes an individual mode based on the I-AFCTS for individual training. At the end of the exercise automatic After Action Review (AAR) and grading are provided.
