About The Position
Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide. (Moving soon to Modi'in city)
Bagira is looking for a Software Developer to join our engineering team at Bagira.
You will take part in shaping the company’s new innovative cutting-edge simulation products.
As a developer, you will work on our highly scalable, multi-disciplinary complex systems, collaborating with professionals across the different units of Bagira, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure is set up for next-generation technology.
What will your job look like
- Development of modular system with ASP.NET Web API and SignalR
- Optimization and refactoring of existing code
- Working with SQL Server Entity Framework
- Working with Data Distribution Service (DDS)
- Take an active part in systems testing and delivery processes of our products
- Collaboration with colleagues and teams in Israel and abroad
Requirements
- Developing WPF applications by using MVVM methodology- Must
- At least 3 years of experience in C#- Must
- At least 2 years of experience with SQL Server Entity Framework- Must
- Experience in .NET multi-threading
- Knowledge of working Client-Server ASP.NET Web API and SignalR
- B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering
- Experience with databases, network communication, and development of simulators and games- Advantage
- Design & Architecture Skills- Advantage
- Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills and high proficiency in English
