Bagira Systems is looking for a C++ Team Leader with high professional skills and a drive for excellence.
As a C++ Team Leader you will manage a team of developers and be responsible for the quality of the execution and delivery.
You will manage a Bagira core product and define its road map as part of the engineering department leaders.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Proven experience as a team leader in a software technical environment
- At least 6 years of experience in C\C++ software development
- Great knowledge and experience with C# and .Net development
- Experience in Training and Simulation or Avatar development \ Gaming industry
- Extensive Knowledge of the Defense and training environment – advantage
- Some experience in algorithmic implementations
- Knowledge in design patterns
- Experience in performance-oriented development
- Highly motivated, confident, a quick learner and team player
- Leading capabilities
- Worked in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge in TFS and GIT.
- BSc./B.A. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
