Join our team as a Technical Project Manager at Bagira, a Czech-Israeli company, the leader in the area of simulators and simulations. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our projects to clients from abroad. Collaborating closely with our mechanical and electronics engineers, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of project development and delivery of our outstanding products. Technical background or experience in leading HW development products will be a huge advantage in understanding project and product requirements and in cooperation with our technical specialists.

Bagira Tech s.r.o. is a part of Bagira Systems Ltd group and has been operating in the Czech market since 2015. We specialize in providing R&D for SW and HW in the field of simulation technologies using principles of virtual reality and AI and we are a leader in this field.

Brno office is one of the two Development and R&D centres of the Bagira Systems group with more than 60 experts. We develop most of the parts in-house from simulations engine to HWs replacing the devices used in real action.

Your mision:

• Complex management and delivery of projects
• Reporting and project administration, monitoring the progress of projects
• Coordination of the entire product development process, including testing across various domains (electrical/mechanical/firmware)
• Maintain the relationship with the customers, clarify specific requirements
• With Purchase department manage external suppliers
• Collaborate on production planning and product servicing,
• Business trips abroad (especially Europe and Israel)

Our Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position ideally with projects in HW development
• Education in a technical field and technical knowledge
• English and Czech at a communicative level (customers and colleagues abroad)
• Ability to write technical documents
• General technical overview and logical thinking
• Organizational skills, flexibility
