Our products and customers are constantly growing, which is why we are looking for an experienced and proactive Data Analyst to support our Managing Director. Under one roof, we design, develop, prototype, and assemble unique simulators for training security forces around the world. Our products combine mechanics, electronics, firmware, and software, and they are complex and highly specialized systems. In addition to regular series production (usually hundreds or thousands of units) of existing products, we also develop, modify, and produce new ones. We are constantly growing, and therefore, it’s important to be prepared for a changing environment and new projects.

Bagira is a Czech-Israeli company based in Brno with a team of 100 people, specialising in the development of training simulators (both software and hardware) incorporating virtual reality principles. Our projects include, for example, the MAGNET system, which uses a laser system to replace blank ammunition, simulators of professional military devices, and more. Hardware development is carried out entirely in Brno, where we have a team of mechanical and electrical design engineers, an assembly line, and service support. Software development takes place in both the Czech Republic and Israel.

Bagira simulators are used to train hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 locations worldwide.

Your Mission

• Actively collect, structure, and analyze data from: Product Management, R&D and Design (Eagle CAD), Procurement and Production (SAP, Excel), Finance (cost tracking, budgeting, planning) etc.
• Map and evaluate end-to-end company processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
• Define business metrics and KPIs that drive performance and cross-departmental clarity
• Build automation tools and scripts for data collection and analysis (e.g. Python, Power Query, VBA)
• Prepare clear and actionable dashboards and reports – from daily operations to strategic planning
• Collaborate closely with various teams, while maintaining a high-level overview of the full value chain
• Report findings and recommendations directly to the Managing Director
• Support data integration and process optimization across CRM, ERP, MRP, and Power Platform systems

Your Experience

• Solid experience in data analysis, business process mapping, and process improvement
• Understanding of financial data and how it connects to operational metrics
• Knowledge of company-wide processes, especially in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP is big advantage
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP/MRP systems and how they support process automation
• Experience with scripting/automation (e.g. Python, Power Query, VBA, SQL)
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and excellent cross-team communication
