We are looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to strengthen our procurement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing indirect purchasing activities across the company, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality supplier relationships and contractual standards.

This position combines operational procurement with strategic supplier management. You will negotiate commercial terms, review and manage contracts, support internal stakeholders, and continuously identify opportunities to optimize costs and procurement processes.

Your Mission

• Manage procurement of indirect goods and services across the organization
• Process purchasing requests and ensure timely delivery of required products and services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure the best pricing and contractual conditions
• Review, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts and framework agreements
• Continuously evaluate existing supplier agreements and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support supplier selection, RFQs, and tender processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels
• Cooperate closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve commercial issues
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and contractual obligations
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and supplier contracts
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to balance operational priorities with long-term supplier management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Advanced English for communication with international suppliers
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to work on-site in our Brno office

Nice to Have

• Experience purchasing indirect goods and services
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Experience in contract management
• Experience working in an international environment
• Basic understanding of legal and commercial contract terms
