About The Position
The MarCom Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s external messaging, ensuring consistent positioning across all channels—especially toward government, defense, and industry stakeholders.
This is not pure marketing and not pure PR.
👉 It’s the bridge between strategy, content, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Messaging & Positioning
Define and maintain company messaging, value propositions, and narratives
Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling communication
Ensure consistency across: website, presentations, proposals, exhibitions
📣 Content & Communications
Develop high-quality: brochures, white papers, case studies, press releases
Manage corporate communication materials for tenders and BD teams
Oversee digital presence (website, LinkedIn, campaigns)
🤝 Support to Business Development
Work closely with BD/sales to:
tailor messaging to specific customers
support proposals and bids
Prepare executive-level presentations for defense customers
🌍 Events & Industry Presence
Plan and manage participation in:
defense exhibitions (e.g., Eurosatory, DSEI)
conferences and delegations
Ensure consistent branding and messaging on-site
🧠 Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors’ positioning
Identify messaging gaps and differentiation opportunities
Support strategic marketing planning
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing communications / corporate communications in B2G sectors
- preferably in defense, aerospace...
- Strong ability to translate technical content into business language
- Experience working with: engineers, BD teams, senior stakeholders
- Excellent English (mandatory)
