Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will actively participate in practical presentations and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate is a former soldier or someone with a military background who understands the military environment, weapons, and operational procedures and can communicate about them clearly.

Bagira Systems is a Czech-Israeli company, a leader in training and simulation systems, with many years of experience in providing cutting-edge and effective mission readiness solutions tailored to customer requirements. Bagira simulators are used for training by hundreds of thousands of soldiers in more than 40 locations around the world.

In our R&D centre in Brno we have more than 140 employees and specialise in the development of unique training simulators (both software and hardware) for security forces. Our HW development is entirely based in Brno, while SW development is split between Brno and Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical and expert support during product presentations and demonstrations (including live demonstrations)
• Cooperation with sales and technical team
• Expert explanation of product functionality, benefits, and use from the perspective of a military user
• Supporting testing, validation, and debugging of solutions in real or simulated conditions
• Collecting user feedback and passing it on to the development team
• Representing the company at exhibitions, exercises, and professional events
• Participating in product development and testing

Required Profile

• Practical knowledge of weapons, security techniques, and tactical procedures
• Experience in security forces (army, active reserves, police, shooting instructor, private sector, etc.)
• Professional level of English
• Interest in modern defence technologies and innovations ("military enthusiast")
• Technical mindset and ability to understand complex systems
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel (customers, exercises, trade fairs)
• Active shooter
