Bagira Systems is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Brno and lead projects focused on Ukraine operations and cooperation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an international environment, enjoys coordinating complex projects, and can maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The position requires frequent cooperation with Ukrainian stakeholders; therefore, willingness to travel regularly to Ukraine is essential.

The successful candidate will become the key point of contact for customers and project partners while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and progress monitoring tools
• Lead risk identification and mitigation while ensuring execution meets quality, delivery, and budget targets
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, including procurement, delivery tracking, and contract execution
• Monitor project budgets and support documentation efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW) and contract materials
• Identify and manage required human resources throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure high levels of project readiness and delivery quality
• Maintain strong alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Support effective cooperation between teams based in the Czech Republic, Israel, and Ukraine

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently to Ukraine
• Ability to work effectively in an international and dynamic environment
• Based in Brno or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2G (Business-to-Government) project management is a significant advantage
• Ideally experience in aerospace, defense/army, or technology sectors
• Experience with international or cross-border projects
• Technical background or understanding of complex technological products is beneficial
