Bagira is looking for a QA Team Lead to join our engineering team at Bagira.

As a QA Team Leader, you will work on our highly scalable, multi-disciplinary complex systems, collaborating with professionals across the different units of Bagira, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure is set up for next-generation technology.

What will your job look like

• Direct management of the QA team (12~ testing engineers)
• Manage and ensure quality testing, schedule, including adherence to work standards and procedures, quality audits and certifications for all Bagira systems. to meet local and international requirements (testing of 6~ projects)
• Ensure training of the team
• Build and improve the company's testing methodology
• Provide the test specifications, test cases and test automation suites necessary to provide robust and reliable systems
• Select the company testing tools
• High logic sense, Self-learning, and high motivation person
• Flexibility, extensive work hours, working under pressure, working abroad availability
