Bagira is looking for an Production Planning & Control (PPC) Coordinator to join our team at Bagira.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning & Control (PPC) Coordinator to join our manufacturing operations team. This role is critical in managing production schedules, ensuring material availability, and coordinating between engineering, procurement, and production departments to maintain on-time delivery and efficient workflow.
•Develop and monitor production plans based on demand and inventory levels.
• Coordinate daily activities between procurement, engineering, R&D, and production departments.
• Manage and track production orders, ensuring material readiness and production execution.
• Maintain and update BOMs, technical documentation, and engineering change orders (ECO).
• Implement and improve operational processes within the ERP system (SAP is an advantage).
• Handle customer orders, monitor ATP/ATR commitments, and manage delivery timelines.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes as required.
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP – strong advantage).
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production documentation – required.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Position Scope:
Full-time, on-site position, Sunday to Thursday, based in Modi 'in Israel.
