About The Position

Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide.

Bagira looking for an AI Implementation Specialist to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools and solutions across our internal processes.

This role focuses on optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and transforming how departments operate through practical, real-world AI adoption

You’ll bridge between technology and people ensuring AI serves as a force multiplier for productivity and innovation within the company.


What Will Your Job Look Like

  • Identify and analyze business processes where AI can enhance productivity, decision-making, or automation.
  • Lead implementation projects from concept through execution including process mapping, tool evaluation, deployment, and team onboarding.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Logistics, and Training to adapt AI tools to specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain data analytics tools and dashboards track operational performance, and key business metrics.
  • Simplify complex technologies into clear, actionable tools and workflows for non-technical users.
  • Measure and optimize the performance and ROI of AI-driven processes using data and key performance indicators.
  • Promote a culture of innovation conducting training sessions, building awareness, and helping employees confidently use AI tools.
  • Create and manage project timelines, tracking milestones, Risk and budget management


Requirements


  • Proven experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, or business process optimization.
  • Understanding of AI and automation tools (no coding required, but strong familiarity with AI-based platforms and integrations).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills able to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Ability to work across diverse teams and departments in a fast-moving environment.
  • Service in one of the IDF technological units (e.g., Mamram, 8200, Lotem, etc.) – major advantage.
  • Excellent English and Hebrew skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong project management skills – ability to run multiple small-medium projects including defining scope, goal and deliverables.
