Bagira is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our engineering team at Bagira.

As a Release Train Engineer, you will facilitate our Agile Release Trains by coordinating cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous delivery efforts. all while working on our innovative, multi-disciplinary complex systems, collaborating with professionals across various units of Bagira, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are optimized for next-generation technology.

• Supports teams in delivering value
• Manage risk, and help ensure value delivery and relentless improvement
• Coach teams in the development of agile processes and guidelines
• Assure and assist individuals and teams in solving dependencies
• Facilitating PI Planning , quarterly company planning session
• Track progress during execution
• Facilitate, coach and attend agile events along the execution period
• Optimize Flows Drive relentless improvement, lessons learned, and After-action reviews
