We are looking for a strong, business-driven Head of Global HR who sees HR as a lever for achieving business objectives.
Role Overview
Own and drive the full HR function across the company, with a clear focus on hiring top talent, improving execution, and building a high-performing organization.
This role reports to the COO and works closely with senior leadership.
- Lead global recruiting — own the quality, speed, and outcomes of hiring
- Work closely with managers to upgrade teams, close gaps, and address underperformance when needed
- Align HR execution directly with business priorities
- Build and maintain a high-performance, accountable culture
- Lead and develop the HR team (local + global)
- Own core HR processes: lifecycle, performance, compensation, and workforce planning
- Ensure accurate, efficient payroll and HR operations
- Maintain full compliance across regions
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning and cost control
Requirements
- Proven experience leading HR in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Strong, hands-on recruiting experience with a track record of hiring high-quality talent
- Experience managing HR teams
- High ownership and execution ability — not just strategy
- Comfortable challenging managers and ability to communicate difficult messages in a professional, and constructive manner
- Solid understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll
- Fluent English
