We are looking for a strong, business-driven Marketing Communications (MARCOM) Manager who sees marketing as a lever for supporting business growth, strengthening Bagira’s presence in Israel and globally, and creating clear, impactful communication across internal and external channels.
Role Overview
Own and drive the company’s marketing communications activities across Israel and international markets, with a clear focus on supporting business objectives, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering high-quality execution across internal and external channels.
This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization. you will lead and execute Bagira’s marketing communication activities across Israel and international markets, strengthen company positioning, and support business growth through impactful communication.
This role reports to the CEO.
- Own and drive Bagira’s marketing communication strategy and hands on execution across Israel and international markets.
- Lead the company’s branding, messaging, and positioning across all internal and external channels.
- Develop high-impact marketing assets including presentations, sales materials, digital content, and executive communications.
- Lead exhibitions, conferences, customer visits, company events, and strategic marketing initiatives in Israel and abroad.
- Support business growth through tailored content and marketing support for Sales and Business Development activities.
- Drive the company’s digital presence including website, LinkedIn, campaigns, and other online external communications.
- Lead employer branding activities and support recruitment initiatives.
- Manage external vendors and ensure high-quality execution across all marketing activities.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, Products, Programs, HR, and business teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
- Measure effectiveness, generate insights, and continuously improve marketing impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Communications roles within Israeli and global B2B environments.
- Proven experience leading marketing initiatives, events, exhibitions, content creation, and communication activities.
- Strong storytelling, presentation-building, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High ownership and execution ability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English — Fluent English required.
- Experience in Defense / Simulation industries — advantage.
