About The Position

Bagira is an Israeli-Czech company and a leader in the field of training and simulation systems. Our cutting-edge solutions help prepare armed forces for challenging missions around the world. At our R&D center in Brno, more than 100 colleagues work on developing hardware and software simulators.

Our Israeli Managing Director is Sagi Mizrahi, an experienced technology leader with international reach, who is looking for a reliable and versatile assistant to be his right-hand person for coordinating activities across Europe. This role carries significant responsibility, with daily communication in English and substantial influence on the smooth operation of the company.


Your Mission

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director
  • Coordinate the calendar, plan meetings, negotiations, and business trips
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners in both Czech and English
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external purposes
  • Organize and coordinate internal projects and special initiatives
  • Ensure confidential correspondence and manage sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
  • Actively support strategic activities of the Managing Director and coordinate operations across the European region

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (at least 5 years), ideally in an international or technology-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in both Czech and English on C1 level – professional written and verbal communication is essential
  • Strong proofreading skills in English and a good sense for correct and professional formulations
  • Knowledge of German or Polish is a significant advantage
  • Versatility and experience in various areas (e.g. HR, project management, translation, office management) are welcomed – we’re looking for someone who can handle multiple roles
  • Experience working in smaller teams and the ability to work in an unstructured environment
  • High level of loyalty, discretion, and professionalism
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools such as MS Teams, Planner, or Asana is a plus
