About The Position

Bagira is looking for an NPI Specialist to join our team at Bagira.
You will be responsible for leading the introduction of new products into production, ensuring a smooth transition from development to mass manufacturing. This includes coordination between R&D, production, and procurement departments, managing configurations, planning production, and implementing processes in the SAP system.
What You Will Do
- Coordinating between R&D, production, and procurement departments.
- Implementing and improving operational processes in the SAP system.
- Managing configurations: BOMs (Bill of Materials), engineering changes orders, and technical documentation.
- Planning and monitoring production, including deliverables (ATR/ATP) and schedules.
- Managing production orders and working with procurement to ensure material availability.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant engineering or industrial management degree.
- Experience: 5+ years in NPI, configuration management roles.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and documentation.
- High proficiency in Excel and other planning tools.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
