About The Position
The Technical Delivery Specialist is dedicated to one of Bagira’s core products (BIST - virtual, indoor simulator for an Infantry squad training) and works closely with the Technical Product Manager in Brno.
This is a hands-on, technically involved coordination role at the heart of the R&D and production process — connecting design, prototyping, hardware and software development, QA, logistics, and customer project management. The position requires strong technical understanding, the ability to work across teams, and ownership of the delivery process from prototype to final shipment.
Bagira Systems is a Czech-Israeli company, a leader in training and simulation systems, with many years of experience in providing cutting-edge and effective mission readiness solutions tailored to customer requirements. Bagira simulators are used for training by hundreds of thousands of soldiers in more than 40 locations around the world.
In our RnD centre in Brno we have more than 110 employees and specialise in the development of unique training simulators (both software and hardware) for security forces. Our HW development is entirely based in Brno, while SW development is split between Brno and Israel.
